Our commitment to our customers
Merchant Processing Online was started by Jeff Walker of Bentonville Arkansas. Merchant Processing Online as a company owned by Northwest Arkansas Merchant Services LLC (NWA Merchants) This company was started to not only save customers money on their credit card processing needs but also to educate them. There are several other processing companies out there that do allow merchants to accept credit cards however they may not be completely honest and end up costing the merchant much more in credit card processing fees. All of our employees are trained to educate their merchant on the most cost effective way of processing a credit card. This can be as simple as using online debit, entering all information asked by the terminal, or getting the CVV code on the back of the card.
*Certain conditions and limitations apply. See your local Sales Representative for more information
